May brings forth the little lambs,
    skipping by their fleecy dams.
June brings pansies, lillies, roses,
    fills the children's hand with posies.
July brings the sunny days,
    picnics, cotton frocks & holidays.
August brings the golden sands,
    seaside joys & happy bands.
September brings the golden corn,
    wheat sheaves to the harvest bourne.
October brings a chilly blast,
    tells us summer's gone at last.
November brings the mists & fog,
    bonfires, longer nights, fires of logs.
December is the best of all,
    brings Xmas joys & tells us all
    the little Jesus child was born.
