Its colours bright & fair.
It might have graced a rosy bower,
Instead of hiding there.
Then let me to this valley go,
This little flower to see.
That I might also learn to grow

I'll try to think of something interesting to tell, darling, but I'm very tired now so will have a little rest.

Darling little girl it is now Mid November, very cold wet & windy, and I have to stay in my room. Love you so much.

Darling it's now December and nearly Xmas. Your first Xmas. I picture you wondering what's going on. Daddy told me about your Xmas tree and when you are old enough he will tell you what it's all about. It is a very exciting time for little children,
