"Madam, will you walk & talk with me

My father was a Spanish Captain,
Went to sea a month ago.
First he kissed me
And as he left me
Bid me always answer No.
Madam, on your face is beauty
On your cheeks red roses glow.
If I may not be your lover
Madam, will you let me go.

"Johnnie comes marching home again,
Hurrah! Hurrah!
He looks a soldier bold
Dressed up in his fighting cloths.
The girls all shout
As he goes round the houses
O! My. Come & see,
