& courage to face whatever this year may bring. A new baby — a brother or sister for you to love & share with, to bring joy to Mummy & Daddy & a special companion for you. Xmas has come & gone once again & I hope it has been a very happy one for you all. I went out to lunch with Auntie Judith & family & friends & I thought of you, Mummy & Daddy all the time. I spoke to you all on the phone & your dear little voice from 3000 miles away, saying "Nanna" made me so happy & a bit sad because I wanted to hold you in my arms & love you. I find writing a bit difficult now, my fingers are not so nimble but I hope someday when you are grown up & are able to read these words, you will know how much I love you. God bless you my darling.
