a hospital ward was not easy so many people to be resposible for and for patients and their families medical staff, cleaners nursing staff, seeing that all orders were carried out efficiently. Medicines, drugs, injections & orders from everyone, carrying the can for everyone if anything went wrong, pleasing so many & training juniors attending lectures, all I wanted was to be at home with my children wondering if Dad would be in a mood with you both I came home early one day in the afternoon & he'd sent you both to bed for some dismeanor or other. But I had to earn money to keep going I was so proud of you both I fretted that home life wasn't as happy & carefree as I wanted it to be, but somehow we muddled through.
